Shi Jie is a driven and adaptable rehab therapy exercise specialist, committed to enhancing mobility and rehabilitation care through hands-on expertise and continuous learning. Holding a strong academic foundation in Food Science, Nutrition, and Sports & Exercise Science, he has developed a holistic approach to movement recovery, prevention care, and functional health.

Despite having one year of experience with the company, Shi Jie’s eagerness to learn has set him apart. His positive attitude and willingness to develop his skills through internal training and hands-on experience have allowed him to rapidly excel in his role. He consistently applies effective rehabilitation strategies, working closely with clients to improve their well-being while ensuring personalized care.

Led over 132 exercise sessions per month for dialysis patients at the Kidney Dialysis Foundation, supporting haemodialysis efficiency and enhancing patients’ ability to perform activities of daily living.

  • Performed over 40 sessions of rehabilitation work per month with homebound elderly clients affected by neurological or musculoskeletal conditions, and post-surgical clients, leading to measurable improvements in strength, mobility, muscle function, and activities of daily living.
  • Assisted the Resident Physiotherapist in conducting outcome measure assessments, including Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) and Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), to evaluate and tailor exercise interventions to patient needs
